Ms. Dania Samoul has some 10 years of experience working in and for international and EU-funded projects through positions in the UNDP, FIIAPP and most recently, as a project coordinator of the last EMJ III project. She also participated as a Short-Term-Expert, during the Euromed Justice II Project, for a Comparative Study in the Beneficiary Countries.

Since joining FIIAPP in December 2005, Dania has mainly worked on EU-funded bilateral, and regional, projects mainly dedicated to the justice sector, many of which have involved Southern Mediterranean partner countries.

As a project coordinator of the EMJ III project, Dania’s previous experience proved to be an important asset when coordinating and liaising between the Project Management Team, the ENPI participants, the EU delegations, the South Partner Countries and the backstopping.

Finally, her strong communication and networking skills and persistence in establishing initial contacts and following-up on the established ones, besides her fluency in Arabic, English, French and Spanish, are also strong assets. Furthermore, her good knowledge of the ENPI Context- and the South Partner Countries- contributed to achieving the expected results and to ensuring the relatively high number of participants from the Arab-speaking ENPI countries attending EMJ III activities.
