On the 20th and 21st of June, EuroMed Justice organised the 7th CrimEx session in Luxembourg. The objective of the session was to analyse and identify the training needs in international judicial cooperation in criminal matters of the SPCs. EuroMed Justice experts prepared two thematic questionnaires, which were sent to the SPCs prior to the meeting. During the session, the experts presented their first findings and asked questions to the CrimEx members on the content of their answers to the questionnaires. On this basis, the CrimEx representatives were invited to present the position of their respective national authorities regarding the identified needs in judicial cooperation in criminal matters and to select the main topics, methodology, and issues that will help the EuroMed Justice’s experts drafting the final training materials (Training Needs Analysis, Training of Trainers – ToT – Manual, Training Methodology and Curricula). The CrimEx also took this opportunity to discuss the implementation of the future EuroMed ToT activity.
